To change any of your personal details, please visit the member services desk in your local store.
You will be required to provide proof of changes. If updating your address, a recent utility bill or bank statement proving the address change is required. If updating your name, a marriage/deed poll certificate will be required. The store will complete a request form for you and your details will update within three working days.
